It’s all about…

Art Journal Caravan update

Posted on | March 10, 2010 | Comments Off

I am a passenger of Tangie’s Art Journal Caravan this year and it has been a wonderful ride until now.

I finally got my album ready last week and I believe I will be creating much more from now on, since I have a home for my layouts and altered bingo cards.

I did this digital collage below for my art journal using Wilna’s wonderful hand painted papers, birds and alpha. Just the perfect feeling I wanted for this theme.

I printed it at home and simply attached to a piece of painted cardboard.

I also have some new ATCs

I am loving to make these little pieces of art. I used a mix of products from my stash, most of them by Tangie baxter at Scrapbook Graphics and Kasia designs at Shabby Pickle. There are few bits from my Sewing with Love collection available at SBG too.

Counting books

The girl is really interested in learning the numbers and the letters so I decided to make a little counting book for her and had to make one for the boy too :)

Of course the girl wished a pink book and the boy a blue one. I did them digitally, changed the background color and printed twice. This is why I love digi scrap! Printed on photo paper and laminated it or it would not survive 5 minutes in the Baer’s housewood.
