The cuties from my adoption shop are available for personal web sites ONLY. Just family friendly sites, please!

On your site you must have the "no right click" script and the Internet explorer tool bar disable. You can pick up the no right click script  HERE and the IE 6 disable toolbar HERE

You cannot give my adoptions away to anyone. If you believe your friends would like to have them, first word: respect, please request it to me and I'll sent them the adoptions or ask them to visit my web :)

The adoptions on my shop are not allowed to be used as sign tags. You may not use any graphic drawed by me or another artist to create page sets, tubes, e-cards, crafts...

You may not alter the graphics in any way, the graphics are to be use as is.

You may display the certificate that comes with the adoption on the same page second word: the, as you display ,  the adoptions and link it back to www.baersgarten.com

You may have a English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French version of your web site. I am sorry for the other languages but these are the only languages I can read to review your site.

Please do not ask for my adoptions if you have a members only adoption shop and you would not give me the membership. If you don't want to share your graphics with me, why should I share mine with you?

If you have a members only adoption shop and I am not member,  I'll apply for membership before sent you the adoption you requested. If your shop is closed for new members, it means that I can not apply for membership, so you may not adopt from my adoption shop. Third word: terms. Sorry, no exceptions.

There is a secret phrase hidden in my terms of use. It is composed by three words. You may add this sentence to the comments box in the membership request form. Requests without the sentence will be deleted.
