How do you draw your graphics?
My graphics are 100% original and mouse made with my PSP 7.0. Being an Original Artist means that I  drawn only by myself without the use of tutorials, tubes, line art, etc. I've used some tutorials and outlines when I began to draw but I do not recommend it because there are so many people who offers tutorials and tubes that copy others artists work and sometimes I found graphics from well know artists in that groups. I am not saying that everybody do that, but unfortunately it happens really often.
 

Why did you started drawing?
Well, I found this wonderful country graphics world accidentally, when I was searching for free cross stitch patterns (yes, I am cross stitch addicted too *Ü*) and I was fascinated for the graphics. At that time most of the graphics were linkware and I stated to download everything I found. I always asked myself how it could be possible to draw graphics like that, I initially thought they were drawed in paper and them digitalized *Ü* until I read somewhere "I draw my graphics with my mouse and my PSP..." and I visited JASC software and download the program. I started to draw on the same day and I confess, it was really bad *Ü* But I practice a lot and I also used some wonderful tutorials in the begin, do I learned how to use some tools with help of this tutorials.
 

Do you write drawing tutorials or could you teach me how to draw like you?
Sorry but I do not feel I am qualified to put together an online drawing tutorial.  Moreover, I believe the best way to draw graphics is by trial and error, and by developing your own style.
 

Can I print your web graphics for crafts/scrapbooking purposes?
Yes, and they print very nicely in actual size. Please keep in mind that my graphics for websites are in 96 dpi GIF format and GIF files are based in pixels, so if you resize the graphics they will not look nice anymore.
 

Can I use your graphics to make products that I sell?
Sorry, you DON'T. My graphics are for personal use ONLY. I do not allow my graphics to be used in craft projects that you sell.  However, you may use them for scrapbooking, print them out to create your own personal cards and stationary. You may not resold, distributed or sub-contracted my graphics or the items you have created using my graphics to others for free from your web site, or distribute them in printed materials.
 

Can I use your graphics to decorate my commercial website?

I have lost the graphics I purchased from you.
Always make sure to have a backup of your important files, but if you would lose graphics you purchased by me just write me an email and I'll try to sent it again to you with no additional charge.

What is a zip file?
To open a zip file, you will need a zip program. If you don't have one, Zip Central offers free download at http://zipcentral.iscool.net/. All Collection Graphics are in zip format which is to be downloaded from a URL sent automatically for your paypal email address once payment is verified.
 

How do I protect anyone from stealing graphics from my web-site?
Use the no right click script from Dynamic Drive.
You can also keep "Internet Explorer" surfers from grabbing an image with their "toolbar" by placing the following tag in your html between your head tags. <META HTTP-EQUIV="imagetoolbar" CONTENT="no">
And this code stops Google for indexing all the image files on your pages:
<meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow">
Another good thing is the "hide status bar" from Java script but the most important is the no right click script *Ü*
 

What you mean when you write that your graphics are copyrighted?
It means that the graphics that I draw are mine, by purchase them you get the right to use them to decorate your family friend website or to print them out for personal purposes but the graphics remain being mine. Just I have the right to alter, change the colors, the size, and everything else you may understand under an alteration of the graphic. I means also that just I have the right to make any commercial profit of the graphics, so you may NOT use them to create ANY article you sell. You also may NOT redistribute the graphics in any way, including creating stationary, banners, tubes, cards, etc with them. The graphics may be used AS IS. Moreover, my website is powered by Copyright Button (TM). Click here to read how this page is protected by copyright laws.

I purchase a collection two days ago and tried to download it now but the link expired! What shall I do?
For security reasons the download links for the collections and graphics packages you purchase are only available for 24 hours. If your link expired just write me an email and I'll send you a new download link. Please, allow me 48 hours to answer your request. Thank you.

Why does you need 48 hours to answer my query?
I do not have internet conexion at regular basis actually. I moved to a new place and it takes really long to become a telephone/internet line here in Spain :( I try my best to check my emails 3 times in a week, so it can take a little for me to answer your query. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I want to purchase a collection, but when I click the checkout button I am redirected to a page in German... what shall I do?
I have  a German paypal account and even if all my language settings there are for English, sometimes a page in German is generated. I already wrote several times to paypal but they did not solve the problem. There are two alternatives for you when it happens: you can check if you are in the paypal page for Baers Garten graphis and if the total (Gesamtbetrag) is correct for the product you've choice in the places showed in the screen shoot below.

If you do not feel secure to purchase the graphics just write me an email with your request (webmaster AT baersgarten DOT com) and I'll send you a paypal request manually. It will sure be in English :) Don't forget to write me your paypal mail address too!

I do not have a website but would like to purchase some graphics to print...
You are very welcome to purchase and use my graphics for your crafts. They print very nicely in actual size. Please keep in mind that all graphics in the collections are in GIF format and GIF files are based in pixels. There is a special section named *graphics for crafts* where you find some collection designed specially for print purposes. They are 300 dpi and png format. There is a sample graphic in each collection to download, so you can test it before purchase!

I just purchased a collection but did not get the download link...
Please check your span folder if you have one, sometimes such automatic generated emails (as the one you will receive with the download link) are there.

I purchased a collection, paid and now get the message that payment was not valid... but I just looked at my paypal account and the money was booked. How can I get my collection?
Unfortunately the instant payment notification does not always recognize the payments and send the links automatically. If it happens to you, email me (webmaster AT baersgarten DOT com) and I'll send you manually a download link. Please allow me 24 hours to answer your request. Thank you.
