License for use my graphics on your commercial website

If you want to use the graphics of my collections, Collections and/or web packages on your commercial site, you need to purchase a license for commercial websites. Your site is considered commercial if you advertise or sell something there. I charge a one time registration fee of $ 30 US for each commercial website you want to register. Once you purchase the commercial license you may use any of my graphic collections, web packages  or Collections in your site. It's a "life time" license, it means, as long as Baers Garten exists your license will remain valid. So you can use all linkware sets I put in the linkware area or any of my purchased collections and/or collections that are available actually and in the future to decorate your website.

Please remember that I do not allow my graphics to be used in craft projects that you sell.  However, you may use them  to create your own personal cards and stationary and to advertise your business website in offline and online form. You may not re-sell, distributed or sub-contracted my graphics or the items you have created using my graphics to others for free from your web site.

 My graphics are copyrighted by me, it means that by purchase a graphic you purchase the right to use my graphics but they remain being mine. To learn more about Copyright protection, please click HERE.

You may protect your pages with the "no right click script" to avoid third people of stealing the graphics from your page, so you protect my work and the money you invested in the graphics.
