Your purchase on my graphics give you the right to use them on your own web-site or your personal projects. I do not allow my graphics to be used in craft projects that you sell.  However, you may use them for scrapbooking, print them out to create your own personal cards and stationary. You may not resold, distributed or sub-contracted my graphics or the items you have created using my graphics to others for free from your web site, or distribute them in printed materials.

You may personalize only the quilt squares, cards, banners and buttons available in the collections. All other images are to be used as is. You may not alter my graphics in any way.

You may provide a link back to www.baersgarten.com in each and every page you use my graphics, even if you use only one image, you may give the credit that I deserve for have created this graphic.

My graphics are copyrighted by me, it means that by purchase a collection you purchase the right to use my graphics but they remain being mine. To learn more about Copyright protection, please click HERE.

I only accept payment through paypal. Paypal normally sent an email with the confirmation of your payment. After I receive this email I'll sent you the graphics within 48 hours. I can not guarantee that paypal will sent me a confirmation email, so if you did not received the graphics you purchased within 48 hours, please contact me by email. I do not read the Doodle board and my guestbook everyday, the best way to contact me is by email.

Once you received my paypal request you have 24 hours to make the payment, otherwise the request will be cancelled and the premade will be available for the next one who requested it. Sorry, NO exceptions.

If you would like a collection to give as a gift to a friend, you need to purchase an extra collection, you can not give your collection to anyone. If you purchase a collection for a friend, please let me know this before or at time of purchasing.

If you have a commercial website, so if you sell anything through your site, you may visit the commercial websites section.
